Your movement stays yours.
The short version: we don't collect your personal data. No accounts, no tracking pixels, no cookies following you around, and nothing sold to third parties. Here's exactly what that means.
No accounts, no profiles
You can browse everything here without signing up. We don't ask for your name, email, or any personal details to use this site — and we don't build a profile on you.
No cookies, no tracking
We don't set advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't follow you across the web. There's no third-party ad network embedded on this site.
We never sell data
We have no business model built on your data. Nothing you do here is packaged, brokered, or sold to anyone — full stop.
Movement data stays yours
BalanceIQ is at prototype stage. Any motion data captured during testing is used only to develop the product with the athletes involved — it is never sold or shared, and it belongs to you.
What actually happens when you visit
Anonymous, cookie-less analytics
To understand roughly how many people visit and which pages are useful, we use privacy-friendly analytics that count anonymous, aggregated page views only. It uses no cookies, doesn't fingerprint your device, and never identifies you personally.
Hosting logs
Like every website, our host processes standard technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) transiently to serve pages and protect against abuse. We don't use it to build a profile of you, and we don't retain it to track individuals.
When you email us
If you reach out about early access, a pilot, or investment, we only keep the details you choose to send so we can reply. We use them for that conversation and nothing else — and we'll delete them on request.
The BalanceIQ device & app
The product is a prototype and not yet generally available. As we build it, protecting the movement data of the athletes we work with is a core design principle — captured data is used only to develop the product with their consent, never sold, and always theirs to delete. We'll publish a full product privacy policy before any wider launch.
Questions about your privacy?
Ask us anything — including a request to access or delete anything you've shared. We'll get back to you.
